Questions About Therapy

  • What are your rates for session? Do you accept insurance?

Our sessions are offered at various rates to provide options & affordability.

    Residents in Counseling

Residents in Counseling have completed all graduate-level training and practice under clinical supervision as they fulfill state licensure requirements. Our clinic carefully selects residents who provide focused care within their areas of specialty while receiving ongoing guidance and advanced training.

    • Intake session: $175
    • Individual sessions: $160
    • Sliding scale: Available

    Master Clinicians:

Master Clinicians are fully licensed providers with advanced training and clinical experience. They offer specialized care across a range of focus areas and work independently, drawing on years of practice to support clients with depth, skill, and professionalism.

    • Intake session: $200
    • Individual sessions: $185
    • Sliding scale: Available

We do not accept insurance at this time. While we do not directly offer assistance with insurance, our counselors can provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network benefits. This is not a guarantee of coverage, so please check with your insurance provider regarding your policy.

  • How long are sessions? How often will I need to attend?

Sessions are 45 minutes in length and typically scheduled weekly; bi-weekly schedules may be discussed depending on your personal schedule, finances, or presenting concern.

Scheduling less often than weekly or bi-weekly results in a significant reducing in the efficacy of treatment and should be discussed during your session.

  • Where do I meet for sessions?

All sessions are provided via telehealth video through a secure, HIPAA compiant portal. You will be provided access at the time of scheduling your intake appointment.

  • Do you only work with Catholics? What if I'm not practicing, or believe something that Christians don't?

    You are welcome here!

While our clinicians are Catholic and serve with fidelity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, we don't require any of this of our clients.

What this means for you is that your counselor will provide therapy that is aligned with the Catholic teachings and will not make recommendations, provide treatments, or suggest therapeutic materials that are opposed to this.

We encourage every client to express their fears, beliefs, hopes, and doubts as much as they feel comfortable. This is an important part of you, and as such it is an important part of your work with us. It is not our place to judge or provide spiritual direction. We're here for you, wherever you are.

  • What if I have questions before I'm ready to start?

That's great! You may request a free 15-minute consultation call or video meeting with your therapist to answer any of your questions and see if they're a good fit.

Feel free to contact us today for a no-commitment conversation to help you take the next step.
