  • I specialize in working with clients from the Catholic faith primarily struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and maternal mental health concerns. I often work with individuals from various faith backgrounds, as well as Catholic or Christian clients who choose not to integrate their faith into therapy. I have experience working with clients ages 14 and above from various walks of life with a wide range of presenting problems.   • Yes! I work with many clients who are not Catholic or Christian, as well as Christians who do not want their faith integrated into therapy. Regardless of your presenting concern, it is entirely up to you whether you would like to incorporate your faith into sessions.

  • Intake and additional sessions are $170. Sliding scale fees are available.

    While I do not directly offer assistance with insurance, I can provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network benefits. This is not a guarantee of coverage, so please check with your insurance provider regarding your policy.

  • Sessions are 45 minutes in length and typically scheduled weekly. If you are unable to attend weekly due to scheduling or financial reasons, please discuss this with your therapist upon intake to determine your options.

  • In short, it depends. Clients may attend from a few weeks to months or more depending on their presenting concerns and ongoing needs. It is important to ask your therapist regarding your anticipated length of treatment when discussing treatment goals.

  • I currently provide in-person sessions in Fairfax and telehealth services through a secure, HIPAA compliant portal. I am available between 9am-3pm most weekdays with slightly later hours on Mondays from 12-5pm.

    As of 2024, I am primarily accepting clients for telehealth services only.
