- Individuals with temporary loss or reduction of income

Payment Methods
Most major credit cards, debit cards, and some HSA cards are accepted.
We do not work directly with insurance. Services may be covered in part or in full if your plan includes out-of-network benefits for mental health services. Please consult with your insurance company to review your coverage. Superbills are provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Sliding scale rates are available for clients in circumstances where payment is a barrier to treatment.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You Have The Right
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services, including medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Get an Estimate
Request a written Good Faith Estimate from your health care provider at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling.
You Can Dispute
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Save a Copy
Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
