Ora et Labora Catholic Counseling is planning to open new office space to provide faith-informed counseling for individuals, couples, and families in Frederick, Maryland in 2026-2027.
We believe counseling should make room for the whole of your experience and meet you where you are. Your thoughts, emotions, relationships, values, faith, and circumstances can all shape the way you experience difficulty and healing. Our clinicians are able to incorporate Catholic faith and values into the therapeutic process while maintaining a clinically grounded approach, serving their clients with a foundation of both Church teaching and evidence-based treatment.
Telehealth appointments are currently available for clients throughout Maryland, providing an immediate option for those who are available for meeting virtually.
